I've done some research and haven't been able to find an answer so I'll ask. I'm using the Salifert Calcium test kit and I don't understand when the test is complete. It says when the "pink" solution tuns to "clear blue". Is that when it turns any shade of blue? Mine turns a purple-blue first and then goes on to a "tropical ocean" blue. How far do you take this? They don't have a picture to compare it to. And no, I'm not color blind.

It should take two or three drops after the solution turns purple for it to turn a pure blue. Be sure to swirl carefully at this stage. The first drop that produces a pure blue is the last drop to add.
