After purchasing a beautiful pipe organ coral, I was inspecting it at home for hitchhikers...and found this (what I am 99% sure is, please correct me if I'm wrong) Majano Anemone.

At first, I thought it was the most beautiful anemone in the world as it is entirely brilliant neon green (pictures don't do it justice.) I even named it "Squishy". ("I will name you squishy, and you shall be my friend.") It is currently in the "time-out" isolation box, and will be going in the trash rather soon.

I haven't found many good pictures of these, so here's one for the newbies.

Why would you throw something like that out?

They're pests like aiptasia. They split asexually and will smother/sting all corals to death. They're beautiful, but no thanks. I don't prefer a tank covered in gorgeous pencil eraser sized anemones.

I know some people find these beautiful enough to keep, but I'd be scared to give it to the LFS to plague some unsuspecting person.
