if you are looking for somethin to reduce nitrates you will want to look for some macroalgae such as caulerpa ask you lfs if that is where you are buying

frog spawn
hammer corals
xenia
mushrooms
zoanthids

pick the right combo and you will have a great display. flow and color. wont' do anything for nitrates, nor any other coral that i know off. you need microalgea for that.

does the bc29 have 3 chambers in the rear? i have a bc8 and it does. i and many others have turned the middle chamber into a fuge w/cheato. i have 0 nitrates in my nano.
