Just got this for a host for my maroon clown i know its a bubble but what kind? also what should i have payed for it?its about 3" across..Thanks..

looks like a E.Quadricolor Bubble tip anemone.

you know where i can find more info on it?What do they usually sell for?I know my clown fish found it after about 15 minutes and wont leave it alone.. :D

Well if you search this forum there are hundreds.of threads on them, usually a couple per page.. They are the most common anemone kept. Also the anemone faq that is stickied at the top of this forum..

Bta's are one of the most hardy and one of the easier to keep anemones. They also can live in a greater range of lighting conditions too.. They should be fed once or twice a week. I like to feed small chunks of silver sides or krill. Some people have had successes feeding them with other stuff like shrimp, clams, fish, squid etc.

Thanks this is the first anemone i am keeping, I mainly got it for the clown..
