killing majano

Hey guys I have 3 of these guys on a rock. The main one split into 3 total. The rock has nothing on it except these little guys. Would it be easier to take the rock out and kill them? Should I just let it dry out or scrap them off? I don't want to use kalk paste, I would try joes juice but I heard it doesn't work on these guys. Any ideas?

I likely would remove the rock from the tank, if that's easy, and scrape the majano off carefully and then treat the surfaces with vinegar or kalk paste. How big is the rock?

Pretty big, but its at the top. The rock is 6-8 inches long 3-4 wide.

Well, there's always some risk that something will die (most often, a sponge) if the rock is removed from the water, but I am generally willing to run the risk in such cases.
