What do you guys think of the Spectrpure Power Liquid Level Controller (LLC-PH)? Is it more reliable than a double float switch type system? I don't think I want to spend $200 on the Tunze Osmolator, so I'm looking at other alternatives.

The Spectrapure LLC works very well! We have used them for years without any problems. They are not as sensitive(it is triggered when water level drops about 1 inch) as other types so for smaller tanks it may not be good but for larger tanks they work fine. Not really sure how they compare to double float types. I have never used them because I was always fearful they would not work as well.

I have been using a Spectrapure LLC for over a year and is has worked flawlessly.

i should have about 110 total gallons, plus the area in the sump it will be in an inch should only be about 1/2 gallon, so i think it'll work.
