So I have always been happy with DF&S but after today I don't think I will ever use them again. I was looking for the Neptune ACIII unit and the other parts that go with it. I know some retailers wont match prices but come on EVERY site on the net is less then DF&S. I made a call to them and was told they don't when I sounded really surprised the guy asked me what the item was and I told him that they have the Neptune ACIII for 400.00 (F&S price 799.99) more than everyone he put me on hold thinking it was crazy himself. After a few minutes he came back and told me the manager wouldn't match the price and the price I told him was less then what they pay. WOW a huge company like DF&S is paying more then what Neptune systems is selling them to the public for on the company web page 399.95. Oh well just wanted to post my feedback take it for what it's worth. More than anything maybe someone at DF&S will see this and change the price and stop buying the ACIII for more then everyone else can.

Thank you for bringing this concern to our attention. Our Purchasing department contacted the manufacturer and found another discrepancy regarding this product. In our stock we have the AquaController III Pro, not the standard base unit. Our website has been updated and we have the price for the Pro listed as $649.99.
