i just want to be sure before i order if i mix according to randy for part 3a i add 3 cups epsom to 5cup mag chloride. the epsom salt is not added to this?

You are correct , For the magnesium solution you use 5 cups of mag chloride and 3 cups of mag sulfate (Epsom salts) per gallon of water .
