Interested in a high/low temperature digital alarm that doesn't cost a bundle. I know there are systems out there that will even call you/page you or send you an e-mail. Looking for something more basic with an alarm at least 60-70 decibels. Any recommendations?

I have a Medusa HC-150 temperature controller that issues an audible alarm when the temperature deviates by 3 degrees from the set point. Unfortunately, it is not available anymore.

An aquarium controller comparison spreadsheet shows at least 10 aquarium controllers that have audible alarms. You will have to research these controllers to see if the alarms are for temperature deviations:

The spreadsheet contains links to instruction manuals. The manuals should indicate if there are audible alarms for temperature deviations. For example, page 20 of the Aquacontroller Junior manual shows programming instructions for the temperature alarm.
