Got constellation in today 2 small issues.

Hi,
I received my 6 foot constellation today.
I have two small issues.
After I got everything assembled I tested the lights and they all worked.
However, on my tank, swithces (from right to left) 2 & 3 work but when I hit switch one only the Right side lights up.
Any ideas? :confused:

Also, do you have a good link to your hanging bracket instructions, I can't figure this out. :)

Well, I took my hood off and took out all of the non-firing lamps.
A small piece of plastic, from the reflectors protective coating was in one.
Took it out with a paper clip, unit unplugged of course.

Seems to be working now.

Glad to hear you found the problem. As for the fans, one fan is tied into the first (green) switch and the other is tied into the second (yellow/amber) switch. If you are still having problems please feel to contact us at 203-234-9286.
