Well, about 1.5 months ago I bought an automatic fish feeder.

It came and I opened the box. To my surprise, there was a little fish food left in the container. I thought how come a new feeder has food in it. Then I noticed the batteries was in it and was preset.

I realized you sent me a used fish feeder. That you sent me someone else's return.

Fast forward 1 month later, the unit not working properly and malfunctioning. Its been buggy for the first few weeks. The unit automaticlly resets and stops working.

I think the original owner sent it back because of the same reason. I hope we can do something about this as I am not home to feed my fish everyday and the fact that the item was used is even worse.
