cleaner shrimp w eggs

Hello,
I just noticed one of my cleaner shrimp is carrying arround a bunch of eggs.

My questions are:

1. can cleaner shrimp successfully reproduce in the home aquarium?

2. if so are the fry going to be a feast for my small assortment of reef fish's?

3. If they are going to be a feast would it help a few survive if I caught the adult shrimp and put it in my refugium till they hatch?

They will become food for the tank, putting them in the refugium might help but people normally have another set up just for them to raise the larva
