Best Skimmer for a standard 90gal

I have a coralife 125 but I was wondering is there better options available. And would it even be worth it to upgrade. Any suggestions would greatly be appreciated folks.

i have a AEtech reefdevil on my 75 and on a 90 and works good. takes out deep green sludge.

for hob or in tank: bermuda rogue wave or tunze 9010
for in sump: octopus nw150 or nw200

i always used aqauamedic multi 1000 . i love them it is good for 250gal. but they have others like shorty that is good for 400 gal. i loved them . customer service is greate(especially jeremy). excellent products. shop around ,right know foster and smith has them on sale .multi is yl11918 W/pump 225$ shorty yl16871 for 540$.aquatic technology has them too, a bit cheaper . but i like drs foster and smith, they are very nice and healpfull. good luck. jakleen

I used a ASM G3 for my 125 and loved it. Almost sorry I sold it when I upgraded to a latger tank. I myself love beckett skimmers and am running a areofoamer 830 ,they put out a lot of skimmate.

The new ATi Bubblemaster 160 should skim the poop right out of your animals.

If I were you and if you plan on going to a larger tank in the future, I'd try and get a skimmer that would work well on even a larger tank.

I just say that because I have a 90 now as well and I run an AquaC EV240 (good for a 90-120) but I want to upgrade soon and I don't think that this skimmer would cut it on a 180 or 225 that is heavily stocked. Just somthing to consider.

Saying a Tf1000 is good for a 250 is like saying a Remora is good for 150g.

I replaced my Tf1000 because it couldnt keep up with my 58g.

I have a RO NW 150 and it works great. And for about 160.00 a great value as well

I have an aerofoamer 630 on a 150.....the thing pulls out impressive amounts of skimmate:)
