the GFO is much finer that i normally get, I should have got the pellets. Since this stuff is too fine for my filter bags, what method of use is suggested? a reactor?

oops, just noticed i got only one gallon of DowFlake, i ordered 2, emailing them to see if it was shipped separately or if it was an oversight...

people generally use it in reactors : )

please email andrew@reefchili.com with your order number (3 digit number) and he will look into the dow flake issue and get you a new one out Monday .

BTW information like this is helpful . I just changed the item information on all the GFO to say that the pellets are a better choice for people who want to use it in a filter sock rather than reactor.

thanks, your business is a great asset to the reefing community. This stuff is hard to get in bulk, with 600 gallons, a little pint jar from my local fish store of phosphate remover, calcium, etc goes nowhere fast... :)
