6080 magmount with 7400 powerhead

Am I missing a part to mount a 7400/2 powerhead with a 6080/.5 magnet? Doesnt seem to work very well.

You need the clip pieces that came with the rail set. 3000.23 mounts on the magnet and the 3060.40 clip on the pump slides into it.
