I just received my tx5 fixture and the fan will not operate properly. I have removed it from the lamp just to see if maybe the fan blades were hittting the bracket of the fixture. However it seems to be internal in the fan housing itself, it chatters on every evolution of the fan blade. Is this normal and will break in? Or do you think the fan itself is defective? Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.
