i see most places people use PVC piping to make their closed loop. Well can you use flexible tube to do the same thing? if so, anyone have pics or site for it?

I got mine from a pool supply business. 1 1/2" and 2" flex tubing. Have to use a special type of glue (cpvc glue?). Worked well for me.

hey can you PLEASE give me the parts list? I need someone to hold my hand thru this... did you use a SCWD wavemaker? can you also show me pics of what you did? what pipes go in the tank to blow water?

If you can't get flex pvc locally, you can get it from Savko, www.savko.com . A lot of people order plumbing parts from them, they have a great selection and better prices than Lowe's or Home Sleazo.

Are you planning on drilling the tank for the closed loop, or are you going to run the pvc up over the rim of the tank?

I have a sequence dart pvc plumbed on the input and flexible on the output going to a wavy sea unit. I don't have any pics with me at the moment (i'm at work!!) but i will see what i can do when i get home!
