I think my snails had babies....

I've seen alot of snail eggs popping up on my glass over the past few months, and now I think that some successfully hatched. There are alot of very small cerith-shaped brown snails all over the sand and glass, as well as very small turbo-shaped snails. Should I do something to keep them alive, or will they do fine on their own? Also, do I need to put in new shells like for hermits, or do their shells just grow with them?.....I will try to get some pics later on, but no garuntees since these things are tiny.

Nope, just leave them. My snails have babies all the time. No extra care needed. And their shells grow with them, not like crabs who have to change homes.
