Hello everyone. I would like to say salutations to every one here. i have been crusing some of the forums and like the 800 galon tank that someone has on this site.
That is what drew me to this site. makes me want to know more about the peopleon this site.
I have right now a 20 gal long nano reef. very new tank less than three months old. about 2" live sand bed. forgot how much live rock i have. about 15 to 20 pounds would be my guess. the rest of my rock went into a rubber maid to cook.
I have one blue damsel. about an inch long.
Two sand sifting stars.
ten nasurous snails.
two nerite sails.
one mushroom.
one purple ribbon gorgonian.
five frags of birds nest. very tinny.
one Jebo hang on back skimmer. says up to a 75 gallon. not the best but it works for such a small tank. have it running a little dry.

i do have also a hang on back filter but it just has just a carbon filled fiter sock in it.
Some culurpa both (sawtooth, and Prolifera) it will be coming out soon. trying to set up a fuge type of tank. to try to grow pods and the like.
Two sun blaze t-5 ho 24" strip lights. right now because the water colum is only 10" from the top of the sand bed to the top of the water the lights do not have reflectors yet. I can order them from my local fish store. one bulb is an 24 watt aquablue + says about 15k, and an 24 watt actinic + says 22k.
one regular t-8 14 watt 24" just for sun rise and sun set looks. a lower light first in the day and then the t-5's turn on and when its time for light off t-f's first and then about an hour later the t-8. i think you guys get the point.
one korlia # 1 power head. and one mini pump (no name) very tiny though.
Home made canopy
I think that covers most of it.
The water testing is done at my LFS they keep me in check.
So most of all HI to every one.
