so i was taking some zoa's off some rock with tweezers not in the water but in a dish above the water. and i shook it off every so often in the water i have no cuts or any thing . so it was like 4-5 hours ago that i did it and i helled my dad with water changes and i did some stuff with my sand. and moved some stuff with my hands .also cleaned the glass with a razor blade. so about 2 hours ago i was on my bed and i put my finger on my tongue just barely. and i took it away it was like under 1 sec. and i soon as i did it i wiped my tounge with a shirt clean and washed my hands and washed my mouth with water. should i vbe safe or what

Did you wash your hands before you touched your mouth? There's a lot more stuff in the water I'd be wary of than just palytoxin.

You're safe.
In the future, wear gloves and wash your hands afterwards.

based on what i have read about palytoxin, if you had anything to worry about, you wouldnt be able to start up a computer, get to reefcentral and post a thread.

If you don't wash your hands after you have your hands in your tank, i can't imagine what happens when you go to the bathroom, if you wash your hands or not... Did it taste good? :frog: :lol2:
