nikon d40

well after much thought i bought the nikon d40. I did not go with the d40x as I think the megapixel on this for the photos I plan on taking was sufficient. I was too excited to wait until the morning so I took photos in the dark of my tank. here they are. taken with the auto setting and the kit lense af-s dx zoom nikkor 18-55mm. no photoshop editing other than cropping. I am beginner and am in the process of learning what I can. Great camera imo for the money. I chose this over the cannon xti due to how the body felt in my hand. slightly heavier and slightly smaller grip.
