Well read around since my dad wants a rusty dwarf angel I think there would be problems if I tried to add a cherub angel. So any good blue fishes. and I will pass on any blue tangs, damsels.

Tilefish? what do they look like and thats the first time I've heard of them. I've heard of filefish, but its rare to see them around.

I think that this one is a goby, but is similar to the Purple tilefish(which looks more blue than purple) Look for a picture of the tilefish on saltwaterfish.com. TinMan

The fish in the photo there is a type of goby/gudgeon. Tilefish have a similiar body shape, but get considerably larger and are much more difficult to keep. Pretty fish though (here is a pic I got online of one)

For smaller fish, you might like Blue Cleaner Gobies, Hanae Dartfish, Scissortail Gobies, or one of those ORA Indigo Dottyback hybrids (Ive got one- theyre gorgeous, and not horribly aggressive for a Pseudo)

That pic is a blue gudgeon, Ptereleotris heteroptera. They do get about 5 inches but can be kept in groups and are great little reef fish. They are much hardier than tilefish but like tilefish are pretty shy. I keep a pair of a related species, Ptereleotris hanae, and I rarely see them except at feeding time.
If I were in the market for a small blue fish I would go with one of the yellowtail blue damsels, either Chrysiptera parasema or Chrysiptera hemicyanea, both are small and generally peaceful little reef fishes.
