Well I ordered some stuff 2 weeks ago and the service was great answered alot of my questions and concerned. Recived my stuff on the 15th which was sweet, I ordered a bottle of Ich Attack believing it would help remove ich off my fishes, with the statement stated in the catalog "Effective in salt, fresh, or brackish water!" in a yellow circle." After that I read some testimonies, everything seemed positive and tryed it for a week and this stuff doesnt work at all, my fish got sicker and sicker and eventually all died off but a damsel. The thing that bugged me the most is what the catalog said if I was not satified with it I could return it which makes it not worth it for a refund or a exchange. But it seems theres a catch, I would have to pay for shipping. Which sucks, I think the catalog should be modded and not have that yellow buble that makes people think it works.
