acclamating set up anyone know how to make one?

I seen it on doctor foster but was wondering whats needed to make this?

1- 5 gallon bucket
1- 6-8' foot piece of air line
1- air vale to regulate water flow
2- air line suction cups to hold each end
1- cup to empty the water out of the bucket as it gets to full

You can also skip the air valve and just tie a knot in the line.
