Dechlorinizer with Protien Skimmer

I am currently looking for a RO/DI system but in the mean time am am forced to use tap with a dechlorinizer... I have a Reef Octopus NW-200 and have heard that you cannot use certain conditioners when you are running a protein skimmer due to the excess amount of bubbles that might be caused (stresscoat for example)...

What conditioners are safe to use with a skimmer until i get my RO/DI system up and running?

Any dechlor that doesn't have any gelling/coating/"liquid bandage" agents for the slime coat, ie. SeaChem Prime, won't cause the skimmer to foam like craaaaazy.
