I have two mushroom colonies in my tank. One one side they are dying and one even detached. On the other side of the tank another colony is doing awesome.

Both have same light reaching them and both have same flow.

What gives?

Got any other corals in the tank?

Any of these close to or even touching the mushrooms that are having the problems?

has it been a slow decline? how long have the declining mushrooms been in there? they may have been doomed from the start...

I had a large rock I split. Each had about a dozen mushrooms. I placed them one on each side of the tank. One rock had all the mushrooms detach and are now spreading all over behind my rock structure. I gotta get back there and start getting rid of them. I think it has to do with placement and irritation.
