I notice you sell both for use in the two-part, but is one better than the other? Do you still have to bake both?

sodium bicarbonate is baking soda sodium carbonate is soda ash.

when you bake the sodium bicarbonate (bakign soda) in the oven it releases all the water and carbon dioxide to create sodium carbonate.

so buying soda ash removes the pain in the butt of baking the baking soda.

baking soda is used in recipe two and soda ash or baked baking soda is used in recipe one.
