I have a small BTA that lives on the back glass pretty close to the top water line. Now it is time for a water change and I'm not so sure that he should be out of water, or can he?
Thanks Dave

I have several RBTAs at the water line. When I do a water change, the level in my tank drops by 3-4". The anemones stretch and look pretty nasty, but as soon as the tank fills back up, they're fine. I'd say the longest I've had them "drooping" there is about 15 minutes.

I agree, it will be fine.

I came home once to 6" of water in my tank, the anemones had been out of water for hours. They survived. A few minutes is not going to bother them.

Thank you , I will go ahead with the water change and not worry about it.
