Zilla Digital Power Strip

I have this Zilla digital power strip and I cant figure out how to do the right light times. I am trying to get the actnics to come on about 8 and shut off at nine, then the 10Ks come on till 7 then actnics come back on till 8. Is there any way of doing this with this power center. LFS store said it was but didnt explain how to do it. Any help would be greatly appreciated. If you are wondering what power strip it is...it can be located here

I haven't used that type, but it looks alot like the Coralife power center.

If it's like that one, the blue and yellow outlets are set opposite each other, when the yellows are on, the blues are off, and vice versa. If that's the case, you will need another timer to do what you are trying to do.
