If this is for the 75 I'd say yes. More than enought light too keep what you listed. Great plug and play fixture. Some may say you could do it better with a DIY project, however Current makes quality products IMO.

I have one and its a great light.I have a 75gal and I am glad I didn't go with anything less.I got mine on ebay for a good price but don't buy from seacorals11 on ebay.It took 2 months to get the light and when I did the bulds where broken. Thanks to Current they sent me new bulbs.I like the look of the 4 t5's.The 250 MH are hot on my 75 so I had to get a chiller.Other then that its a great light.

Do you have a tank pic with the lights? How does the color look in the tank?? Yellow?? Blue?? White??

I do not have canopy, Plus I have vaulted ceilings so I am pretty limited in the lighting options. I am really looking for one I can hang on the tank. Aquactinics is my first choice.

I have the 10k bukbs that Current sent me.They look white to me but don't have anything to compare to.I am going to change out to a 14k bulb soon.I like a more blue look.I would take pics but I just changed out to a reef ready tank and its still cloudy. They are nice lights. For what I payed for them I got more bang for my buck.I got my light shipped for $800.00.I bet they are cheaper now.

ive got a 120 with that light. built nice, but the fan on the fixture is noisy and on the ballast. you will want to change the halide bulbs they are pretty white. but for the money i dont think you can beat it unless you want to DIY. also the legs that come with it are useless, sits way too low.

You can also opt for the 150w watt model. The 150w DE HQI is equivalent to a 175w mogul. That in addition to the T5's is a good amount of light to keep SPS, LPS, and clams. Also it can be mounted on the factory legs and not have to worry about heat issues.

I have the 2x250 MH with T5's...I did change the bulbs to 14k (very nice color) and replaced 2 T5's with the 420's for a more daylight look. I have it mounted with the legs on my open tank. The heat issue is pretty much under control with 2 clip-on fans..I haven't needed a chiller yet.
