plenum sytems

anybody have alink on how to build a plenum? i am thinking about putting one in my sump. thanks

No link, but for mine I just cut some eggcrate to size, applied a layer of aquarium silicon, then applied a layer of nylon screen door fabric. Everything was available from home improvement center. Once silicon was cured I placed screen side up and covered with sand. Not sure a plenum is really needed though. Most folks don't seem to use them.
