I need some suggestions on capturing a diamond goby that I've not seen since I put him in a week ago but who apparently is killing off my fish.. night vision is iffy but I think I caught him chasing one right before it disappeared that night.

He's eaten 4 Green Chromis since I put him in last Tuesday and I have yet to even see him. I lifted a rock I thought he was under but he wasn't there.

Right now I have 3 Green Chromis left and 1 yellow tail damsel. I'm not even finding a body of the Chromis and I have such a tiny clean-up-crew I'm not sure they could devour a body in 2 hours.

I really need help if anyone can, I don't know if I have no other option but to let him kill off everything living in the tank and then make him starve to death or if there are options.

No way is a diamond goby killing off your fish. He might chase some off away from a hole he made, but they just don't have it in them to kill off and eat a Chromis. Something else is killing your fish.

If you're dead set on getting him out... just leave the top uncovered and he'll jump out on his own in about an hour.

Chromies are known to kill off each other -- we started with 6 and are now down to 4..... Those two were killed off in a matter of days..... the 4 have been together a couple weeks ago now so we're hoping they are just going to "get along"... :-)

It's surprising how fast a clean-up crew cleans up too.

Like mwwhite said. Chromis, if in a school, will kill off the weakest fish one-by-one
