feeding cyclopeeze

I know that cyclopeeze is well used to feed corals but I was also wondering if fish can eat it and if so what is the proper way of introducing to be fed (cut off a portion, or just shake it in the surface of the water, etc...) thanks :)

Your fish will love it. Just shave a little bit off into the tank and watch the feeding frenzy. :)

i usually just dip the tip of the popcicle in the tank for about 5-10 sec. The fish and corals all go nuts!

I either take the frozen stick and swish it around in the tank for a few seconds (I keep it in a ziplock freezer bag), or shake up the freeze-dried stuff in some tank water to try and encourage it to sink. The fish go crazy either way.

I use the bio plakton marine plankton, cyclopeeze and if I give a direct squirt into the tank my tang will suck it up before it hits the bottom so yea they can and will eat it from my own experience.

I usually dip it in a cup of tank water and then place a cube of mysis in there as well!

Yeah I definitely cut a piece off and melt it in a cup of tank water before adding it... Allows it to circulate better after introducing it into the tank IMO.

Frozen bar in the red package from ARGENT is great.

I always use the frozen bar. I just shave off a little of it and thaw in tank water and add directly to my tank. The fish go crazy for it!!

Liquid life marine plankton. It is a frozen variety but it has a pump on it for accurate and clean dispensing. I also mix that with a cube of mysis. Fish love it.
