I have 2 older litermeter 1's that I want to use for dosing 2 part. Taking Scott's advice I calibrated both of them (278 and 303) and then set them up to both pump 200ml per 24 hours. When I turned them both on, the one with the 278 calibration stayed on for at least twice as long as the other and pump about 2x's the amount of water during the first cycle.
Does this seem normal?
Thanks

after about an hour of running, the one pump has pumped exactly 200ml of water. This was the total for a day.
To calibrate I set the calibration to 011 and daily amount to 9999. I then pumped 500ml into a measuring cup. It took 1 minute 48 seconds. I converted this to decimal minutes (1.8). Next I divided 500ml by 1.8 and came up with 278ml per minute. I then set this as the calibration and set the daily dosage to 200ml.
Am I doing something wrong?
Thanks

I did some more testing today. It appears that the pump is pumping 4 times as long as my pump that is working correctly. I set the daily dose to be 1/4 of the dose of the other pump and they both seem to be dead on. What can be done?

That would confirm my suspicions that you have one corroded bit on one of those thumb-wheel switches that is keeping the computer from reading the correct (but off by 4) values. Can't easily be fixed - take the $100 trade-in deal still in effect.
