ID suggestions please

Looking for an ID on this coral, it is small (sitting in a 1/2"pvc fitting).

Almost looks like a dendro by the tentacles but have never seen one like that

Really interesting piece. Do you know where it was collected? Do the tentacles stay out all day, or does it seem to be just a nocturnal feeder? Does the tissue expand more than what it is there- get puffy, or drape over the skeleton..?

I would be tempted to say that is a rhyzo, but in terrible shape, never had one, but awesome coral. About $300 of coral you about to lose. Talk to guy from thecaptivereef.com for help, he has many and good luck.
