Hi-
Just received my LM3, and am very excited to get it running, however, there was no velcro included, nor were there any mounting holes in the back of the unit. What do you suggest? I assume I should mount the unit to a wall, like my neuvomat auto topoff. How is this done?

Additionally, I don't understand a second thing....the pump end of the unit has an intake (rubber tubing), and an outlet (hard plastic tubing). My question is what goes into the flexable inlet rubber tubing, and is it included with the purchase? The white hard plastic does not seem to fit into this part. Any photos or help would be much appreciated.

First question:

Mount it any way that works for you. Many people just set it on a shelf and, more importantly, secure the tubing to something rigid to keep them from flapping around.

Second question: From Page 6, System Setup:

SYSTEM SET-UP
1. Press-fit the end of a piece of ¼” polyethylene tubing into the rubber inlet hose at least ½”. Secure with a provided cable tie. This is connected to the supply reservoir. This reservoir needs to be vented to prevent occlusion.

2. Insert the end of a piece of ¼” polyethylene tubing into the white
connector on the outlet hose until firmly seated. This should lead to
your aquarium (or sump).

Hope you like it,

So that white tubing gets squeezed into the rubber tubing? I read the directions, but they appear to be very similar in size.

-and thanks for the quick reply.

Yep, it's a nice snug fit, but not to worry, there is only "suck" on the input line and never any positive pressure. The output NEEDS the righteous connector to handle the pressure.

Thank you for such a quick and thorough response. It is not every day that you can order a product, and get such great customer service directly from such a knowledgable source.

Thanks again, I'm sure if your product is half as great as you were, I'm sure to be satisfied.
