Typhoon Skimmer Foam Reduction

I've noticed today that my typhoon skimmer isn't producing any foam. The last time this happened I cleaned the pump and it started up. I just cleaned the pump a couple days ago. Is there anything else I can do to fix the problem. I'm getting a good amount of bubble in the skimmer.

Maybe clean the venturi with some vinegar (just shoot it in as it is running) and see if that helps. If not has the water level changed? I keep mine right around where the plastic angles on the foam concentrator.
