Portland Cement type

I plan to make live rock.

I went to Lowes and Home Depot, they sell type II-V Portand Cement.

The recommended type in this forum for live rock is type I-II.

What is the difference? Can I use type II-V Portand Cement?

I went to Lowes and Homedepot and they both had I and II. IMO I would stick to just I and II.

At HD, the label on the rack says type II, but the bags say type II-V.
