New Icecap Ballast

Is anyone running the new Icecap ballast yet. I just bought 2 along with Lumenarc III reflectors and Pheonix 250 watt DE 14k's.
I cant wait to get them!!!!!

I havent seen any post or reviews on them and wanted to know if they run the bulbs any harder or what?

Just wondering how they will light the new pheonix's compared to the old style Icecaps. More Blue...More White, Brighter...Dimmer?

I've been running a couple with phoenix bulbs for about a month now. May be a tad bit bluer, but not much, IMO. I'm just curious to see if the phoenix will keep the same color, rather than get that grey tint to it after a few months like they seem to do on the old ballasts..

Grey tint...Havent seen that before? Maybe I just havent been looking. The ballast specs act like it will trive it harder than before, 285 watts I Think!?!??!

Aquarium Speacilty...Got mine yesterday! They are awesome! I love the on/off switch.
