Octopus Needlewheel Skimmer 110

I Purchased the 110 from you in July of 2006.

I have had various problems but overall everthing has been working okay.

Until one week ago.

The pump has stopped working completely. It has just been under a year of regular use.

What is your recommendation?
How do I handle getting this replaced?
