I saw it on the 3rd. Awesome! I like the how the car was labelled "To Punish and Enslave" instead of "To Protect and Serve". :D

I saw it this afternoon with my two boys.

I thought it was okay. As far as action goes, it's a top notch, leave your brain at the door film. The CGI was excellent, although the damn shaky camera work (typical of Bay) was just too much. I also couldn't tell the difference between Starscream and Megatron through all the fight sequences.

As a TF fan growing up, I felt they could have done a lot more with this movie. A thicker plot and some character development (mainly for the robots) would have done wonders.

Why the **** is Optimus Prime tiptoeing around a house trying to avoid being seen by Sam's parents, like some kid helping a buddy snag some booze from his old man's liquor cabinet. What a waste of 15 minutes!

It's an entertaining film. I just hope that Bay's not involved in the next one, and they add a storyline that might actually make sense:)

I took my son over the weekend to watch it... fantastic visual effects! I do agree with Karl though, it would have been great to see a bit more character development on both sides of the actual Transformers. You really only get introduced briefly right before the climatic fight scenes, which kind of sucked because keeping track of whose blowing the hell out of whom was tough.

Loved it! Definitely on the Xmas DVD list.
