Main Pump Problem

I just upgraded from A 60 gallon to a 120 48x24x24 glass with dual return and overflow. The Eheim 1060 I'm running is not strong enough for dual returns,So I bought a Rio HF 32. It makes a fairly significant vibrating noise even when suspended in the sump. I'm looking for suggestions on what pump would increase the flow enough and not make a lot of noise.
