24" for a 55g 48" tank

ok so i'm starting up a 55g tank 48 inches long...sorry i'm new to the hobby and want to know if i can use this

24 inches and i would put it in the center of the tank the specs are as follows


1X 250W DE HQI Bulb 15K, 2x 65W CF Bulb Actinic Blue, 2x Dual Bluemoon LED

i plan on keeping mostly soft corals maybe a few hard

would this work?

you will be much better off with 2x 150w MH, instead of 1x 250w. your 55g is very shallow, so 2x 150w will be more than sufficient. if you use the Phoenix 14,000K bulb, you may not need the CF supplementation, so will use less electricity than what you were thinking of and give out more lighting spread.
