Time settings for HQI Lights (Outer Orbit)?

Just got the Current-USA Outer Orbit lights for my tank.
As I am quite new to HQI lights could you guys help me with the light settings during the day.

The Outer Orbit has:
1 x 150Watt PowerPaq 10,000k Metal Halide
2 x 460nm and 420nm Actinic in one lamp
4 Lunar Moonlights.

My Questions:
Do I run the MH lights and the Dual Actinic lights at the same time?
or
Should I start the Actinic lights first and then later the MH lights?

Actually what would help a lot if you guys could give me help with a day cycle for those lights.

The most common thing to do is to run the actinics one hour before and after the MH. This creates a dawn dusk effect and will nt freak out and fish by going from no light to high noon.
