MH ballast ID??

I don't know the namebrand of these ballast. They are 250watts and the ballast are in a white plastic that is long and skinny. I want to know if they will fire hqi lights. Do you know how i can tell?

b) can you find any numbers/letters/text which could help ID and subsequently enable you to get the specs???

If they're marked as 250w ballasts then there should be a model # or other marking that might lead you to the manufacturer and the specs for them.
