my son & I were watching the show MYTHBUSTERS today.
we missed the comparison "MYTH" they were attempting to bust, but heres where we came in on the show.
they had rigged every type of lighting sold, on a 2 minute timmer. i saw a MH, regular 60W, the twisted looking type, LED, and on and on. (a total of about ten or so)
they didnt expose the ones that burned-out first, or any order in which they had B-O.
they did prove that LEDs outlasted any other in a two week, non-stop, test.
just though i would share this with everyone, as we patiently wait for the price to comedown on a Solaris or simular model, so we can afford em. :D
