I purchas two frags of these about two weeks ago, I thought they were supposed to be blue? The one I have have a blue tip, white tissue ang greenish polyp. White maybe because too much light?

I wouldn't think the white color you are seeing is from too much light unless they weren't photo-acclimated properly. The frags in the pic are growing under 400w reeflux 10k and 12k on hqi ballasts about 16" from the bulbs. Under less light they turn more purple with green undertones, especially along the main body or shaded areas. Maybe yours were heat stressed and some zooxanthellae bleached or vacated?

PE is great on the frags but the color is white with geenish polyps but it has blue tips, should I be doing something at this point or just wait 'till it get it's color back?

Thats probably is the color of it. Might be blue body with light blue tips. From the picture it doesn't look bad; if something was wrong the ends would not turn white in color. The skelton would be showing if the at the tips if it was dying.

I would leave it alone and see what happens.

I would leave it alone as well. Just make sure Calc/Alk are balanced and stable and your temp isn't getting too high in the summer heat and it should color up. As long as it doesn't have red bugs or AEFW that is:) I've seen some ship to maintenence clients of ours that were light or white and they usually colored up once they stabilized (ie 3-6 weeks).

Good luck!
