Shipping locations

Hi,

Just placed my first order. I was wondering why it was shipped from Phoenix when you guys are in IL (I paid IL tax). I thought you were in Lake Forest which is just down the road. I could have gotten my order in 1 day instead of the week it actually took.

If I were to order in the future would future orders come from phoenix?

Hi,
Most of the orders are shipped form our warehouse in IL.
Sometimes, when we run out of specific item, we ship it directly from one of our suppliers instead of placing it on Back Order.
It cuts back on delivery time so customers can receive full order in the timely matter.
