All of those fish except the wolf eel get far too big for a 55 gallon tank, never mind together in a 55g tank. I'd solve that problem first.

those things shouldnt eer be put in anything smaller then a 75 a least ive never herd of a powder brown tang? but the only tang you might be able to get away with in a 55 is a yellow and thats even pushin it

Is it just me or is everyone with a drastically overstocked tank always planning an upgrade?

i think everyone in this crazy hobby is ALWAYS planning an upgrade, even if they have a 200gal tank, or nothing in their existing tank! :P lol

Since the FD has to live with the fish you posted, it is relative. Sorry, if you don't want to hear the truth. Great fish, not for a 55 tank. I have a 90 and would not put them in there. Do yourself and the fish a favor. Get them when you have a bigger tank.

so original question, all size/space issues aside, at least two of those fish will likely eat your feather duster.....the niger and the dogface. Both are curious and often voracious feeders on invetebrate life. Nothing so fun as to feed some sea worms (not too different than feather duster worms) to a dog face. But I wouldnt do it with a 20.00 worm.......

Your best bet would be to wait until you've moved to the new tank, and it's stabilized, before adding anything else.
