Does anyone have clowns that host in a toadstool? I bought a green toadstool for my pair of ocellaris. It was only a 1-2 in frag when I bought it. Now Iti s probably about 4 in when fully plumped and extended. It seems plenty big for them.

My clowns seem to not care that I bought them a lovely home. They would rather host around the heater of all things. They have been next to the heater since day one, so I put the toadstool in their corner, to no avail.

Anyone know how I can get them to "move?"

thats normal behaviour for clowns--difficult to change--there is no quarantee that they will host.
I don't think a toadstool is a suitable host for a clown---I could be wrong--but my toadstool becomes very irriatated even if a small hermit decides to park there for a short time.
I found the best hosting situation is a clarkie clown and an anenome--they were made for each other.
